About Us

The idea for this store started with a spatula that kept losing its head. Now, it might seem a little extreme to found a baking store because of this--but it's true. I hated this spatula. Every time I'd use it, the head would fall off. It would get stuck in brownie batter. It got lost in the frosting. And there was that one incident with bread dough where it almost made it into the oven. Almost.

Our favorite bakeware? It's Nordic Ware

You know them as the makers of the authentic Bundt pans. Nordic Ware has been a trusted name in bakeware in the US since 1946 and is still owned by the same Minnesota family. 

We feature several items from the Treat™ bakeware line, constructed of carbon steel with an excellent non-stick surface that's PFOA-free. The lighter color means less chance of over-browning. Our team loves baking with this line! And most of our Nordic Ware items have handles--we love that, too.

Baking With a Bulldog™ is a resource we offer our customers for recipes and advice. When we started Boulebard Baking, we had two sites--one for the store and one for recipes and videos.
