How long are shipping times?

Shipping times may vary, but please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive via Standard Shipping in the US. In most cases, your order arrives sooner. Your order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided so that you can see the progress of your order. Standard Shipping rates are based on the amount of your purchase. For orders $50 and over (before tax), Standard Shipping is free to locations in the US. For more information, see our SHIPPING POLICY.

Need it sooner? We also offer Expedited Shipping in the US, which will arrive in 3-5 business days (or sooner) after you place your order. Expedited Shipping fees will vary based on location and weight of your order. 

Need it sooner than that? Get it touch with us. We are a small, family-owned company that prides itself on customer service. If you have a special request or need, let us know and we will do whatever we can to help.

We also offer shipping outside the US with rates dependent upon weight and location. Local restrictions may prohibit the receipt of certain items in certain countries. If we think there will be an issue, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

What is your refund policy?

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from Boulevard Baking and will gladly accept returns within 30 days of customer receipt. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.  

We want to make this a simple process for our customers. If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible through our CONTACT US form, or by email  support@boulevardbaking.com or by calling 888-535-6742.

We will respond with easy to follow instructions and a shipping label for your return. We don't believe that a customer should have to pay for return shipping-- we'll handle that for you. And we do not charge "restocking" fees.

Gift cards are not eligible for a refund. If you used a coupon or discount code, that deduction will be reflected in your refund amount. You will be refunded for the amount paid, not for the current price of an item. Only items purchased from our website are eligible for return. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as food items that have been partially consumed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can read more in our REFUND POLICY.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if the request to cancel is received before a product ships. If a product ships prior to the cancellation request, it will need to be handled as a return. Again, we want to work with you to meet your needs. Contact us as soon as possible at support@boulevardbaking.com.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

In order to save on shipping times, our merchandise ships directly from our suppliers. They strive to fulfill each of our orders accurately, but we do recognize that mistakes are sometimes made. Boulevard Baking asks that you contact our customer service team to return the item for a full refund and so we may help you with a replacement.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is get in touch with us for a return of the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Where are your stores located?

Right now, we are only shoppable online. We hope to be able to open physical stores sometime in the future (post-pandemic!)
