Refund Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from Boulevard Baking and will gladly accept returns within 30 days of customer receipt. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
We make this a simple process for our customers. If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible through our CONTACT US form, or by email support@boulevardbaking.com or by calling 888-535-6742.
We will respond with easy to follow instructions and a shipping label for your return. We don't believe that a customer should have to pay for return shipping-- we'll handle that for you. And we do not charge "restocking" fees.
Gift cards are not eligible for a refund. If you used a coupon or discount code, that deduction will be reflected in your refund amount. You will be refunded for the amount paid, not for the current price of an item. Only items purchased from our website are eligible for return. If you received the item as a gift, we will need to verify the purchase was made from our site in order to process the return, either with an invoice or customer record.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct this issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as food items that have been partially consumed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Want to try something else instead? The fastest way to do this is to keep it as two separate transactions. Initiate the return of the item that you don't want and make a separate purchase of the item or items you'd like instead. Keeping these two transactions separate will allow for both a faster refund and the faster arrival of your replacement product.
Refunds
We will be in touch with you throughout the process and let you know when your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
